Meet David Guardanapo Video Transcript
Hi, I'm David Guardanapo, a top-producing realtor here in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. I was born and raised in Willow Glen and have lived in the South Bay my entire life. I attended local public schools and was involved in team sports from a young age. I graduated from San Jose State University with summa cum laude honors, earning a bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in communication studies.
Growing up in this area, I was surrounded by real estate through my grandparents, who owned several properties in Willow Glen. This exposure to real estate at an early age significantly influenced my career choice.
My journey in real estate began as a listing manager's assistant back in 2016. I then worked my way up, spending three and a half years with a top-performing team where we sold over $500 million in real estate. In late 2019, I joined Intero to grow my own brand. Since then, I've sold over 100 homes, totaling more than $150 million in sales volume.
The path has been filled with lessons learned, growth, and success, and I couldn't be more excited about what the future holds. I've consistently placed myself among the top realtors in the industry. Some of my notable recognitions include being named one of RealTrends America's Best Real Estate Professionals in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and achieving Intero’s Presidential Circle Top 5% and Executive Circle Top 10% Awards.
In 2023, I had my best year yet, with 25 transactions totaling over $44 million in volume. Helping over 100 families since 2020 and being selected as one of the National Association of Realtors' 30 Under 30 for the class of 2024 are among my proudest accomplishments.
